The aluminum profile is constantly moving and the saw which is stopped at some starting point (standby position), accelerates and synchronizes in speed and position to the exact cutting length, as well as throughout the cutting, and then returns to the original standby position until the arrival of the next cutting length.

The operator sets the wire thickness on the screen and the system, which consists of an advanced stepper controller, accurately tracks the rotation of the core, making it move in a single rotation of the core, a distance equal to the thickness of the wire, achieving a perfect layer.
